Yougetmouth.com congratulates the Super eagles on an absolutely brilliant performance. There’s the making of greatness in this team. Rohr has to be commended. He only needs to continue to maintain the team spirit and instill some more tactical improvements and this team will be hard to beat.
Just as we prescribed in our preview as a means to nullify the Dangerous Riyadh Mahrez..Echiejile and Onazi constantly double teamed the silky Leicester city man. On the few occasions he beat Echiejile the impressive Leon Balogun was quick enough to close the spaces Riyadh Mahrez likes to have to wreck havoc on his opponents.
With this Win’ what the Super Eagles have done is put themselves in a fantastic position to qualify for the Mundial. The next game is a home time against the Old enemy the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon. Been a while we crossed paths with them. However there will be no time for “Long time no sees” as we must similarly put them to the sword and grab 3 points from them here at home too. Manage that and we will have one foot in Russia.
