The International breaks are always a nightmare to Managers of football clubs in that it comes with a high risk of players getting injured and that was exactly the case of Chelsea manager Antonio Conte who lost important Ngolo Kante to a hamstring injury while on duty with the French National team as they qualified for the FIFA 2018 Russia world cup days ago.Chelsea had already lost first choice striker Alvaro Morrata penultimate week so it was safe to say that Chelsea was a little depleted going into this fixture against a wounded Crystal Palace side who desperately needed points to breath a new lease of life in the premiership.

David Luis returned to action after his suspension while Michy Bashuayi also made his way to the starting eleven.Willian was preferred ahead of Pedro out wide as Bakayoko and Fabregas marshalled the midfield but it was the home team that showed more nerve as Wilfred Zaha who just returned from injury got Chelsea’s backline on their toes all through the game with his touches and trickry. It soon paid off in the 11th minutes as Ceaser Azpilicueta mistakenly touched the ball into his own next for Palace first goal, their very first premiership goal of the season after seven games.Fabregas was doing the passing playing balls into vital opponent areas,on the other hand Bakayoko’s marking was very poor giving room for Palace to dictate play.Chelsea got their equalizer from a corner as Bakoyoko headed in. But Surprisingly just before the break Zaha got Palace’s second goal off a strong effort from Mamadou Sahko to win the ball.

Antonio Conte is facing a growing injury crisis at Chelsea

Apparently Conte’s confidence ran out on Bashuayi so Pedro came in for him and not to forget another hamstring injury, this time Victor Moses who came off  with Zappacosta replacing.Chelsea just didn’t get their footing right in this game, they were outfought and time was ticking.Musonda also came on but his contributions were not enough. He got a fine pass from Fabregas inside 7 yards and fired wide.Palace also had their chances to go 3-1 up but Chelsea defenders were prvented this.so at the end it ended 2-1 Palace, their first premiership win of the of the season..jaw-dropping it was for cheslea faithfuls but we live to fight another.
Oya its either Bakayoko go & barb that him bia bia or make him stop to colour him hair.
