Its about that time of the year ..the rumors hot up, Twitter becomes agog with fake Agents claiming all kinds of transfer stories, and Arsenal fans go into Melt down..January transfer window is nearly here and Yougetmouth looks at the possibles , the ridiculous and the “never gonna happens”:

Julian Draxler- Wolfsburg to Arsenal

ARSENAL have launched a £30million bid for Wolfsburg outcast Julian Draxler but still face the prospect of missing out on the World Cup winner.

The 23-year-old is also in talks with Paris Saint-Germain over a move and the Ligue 1 giants remain strong favourites to land his signature. Both sides have been tracking the midfielder after he was recently suspended from Wolfsburg with the likelihood that he will never play for the club again after publicly revealing he wanted out of the club.

The 23-year-old’s attitude both on and off the pitch has also come into question with Wolfsburg willing to listen to any offers of around £30million.

The player was also booed by his own supporters when he came on as a substitute in the 3-2 defeat against Hertha Berlin on Saturday as relationship between player and club hit rock bottom.

Liverpool are reportedly lining up a shock January transfer window swoop for former Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez.
Liverpool ready to pay release clause for lethal striker proven in the premiership.
The Reds are looking to strengthen up front this winter after a recent injury blow to Philippe Coutinho, while Sadio Mane is also set to jet off to the African Cup of Nations in January.

Jurgen Klopp is concerned by his current attacking options, and has apparently identified Hernandez as the ideal target to come in in the middle of the season.Tottenham and Valencia are also interested, but that could convince Liverpool to meet the Mexican’s £33.5million release clause at Bayer Leverkusen.

Memphis Depay & Schneiderlin- Manchester United to Everton

Everton are in talks with Manchester United over a possible £24million move for Memphis Depay after Jose Mourinho said he would not stand in the way of the forward moving in January.

The United boss has allowed Schneiderlin and Memphis Depay, who have not made a single Premier League start this season, to leave once the transfer window opens if they can find new clubs.

Everton manager Ronald Koeman is keen to sign Schneiderlin, with whom he worked at Southampton, and take Dutch compatriot Depay on loan. Premier League rules prevent Everton from taking two players on loan from the same club.

Each player cost £25million in the summer of 2015 but Mourinho said: ‘I am always open to listen to offers for every player.

‘Any player who knocks on my door and is not happy and wants to move, when the offers are correct, I will never stop a player from leaving, even if it is to a rival. When Mata left Chelsea to come to United, no problem at all. I am always open.

Ross Barkley- Everton to Tottenham Hotspurs

Tottenham Hotspur are keeping a close eye on Ross Barkley’s situation at Everton ahead of a possible move for the midfielder.

It is highly unlikely that Everton would entertain bids for Barkley in January, but Spurs are ready to make an offer in the summer if the 23 year-old does not sign a new contract before the end of the season.

Barkley’s current Everton deal has 18 months remaining on it and talks over a new contract have been put on ice while the player tries to hold down a place in manager Ronald Koeman’s side. Koeman has been critical of Barkley this season, but restored him to the team for the victory over Arsenal and was rewarded with an impressive performance.
Barkley has lost his England place since the European Championships, but Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino is confident he could get the best out of him. Pochettino has worked wonders with a host of young English players at Southampton and Tottenham, which could be attractive to Barkley as he ponders his future.

Despite the fact he will only have 12 months remaining on his current contract in the summer, Everton would still demand at least £25 million for Barkley at the end of the season. That fits into Tottenham’s budget, although chairman Daniel Levy may well try to argue that figure down.

Dele Alli- Tottenham to PSG

Tottenham Hotspur’s supporters have recently been aiming their songs at Paris Saint-Germain, telling them to stay away.

‘We’ve got Alli, Dele Alli, I just don’t think you understand,’ they sang, as Spurs won and their 20-year-old starlet ran the show at times.

Alli is apparently of interest to PSG, the Ligue 1 side who are said to be prepared to pay £50million to sign him and improve his wages.
As expected, Alli said it went in one ear then out the other in a Sky Sports interview this week, but Tottenham will have wondered where the initial information came from.
